After qualifying in Make Up in 2014 at Essex School of Beauty, I stayed in my full time job in retail to develop my skills and to teach myself various techniques which made me more confident and lead to my love for colour, face painting and special fx. After always practicing on family and close friends, I left my job in retail 3 years after qualifying in Make Up to fully focus on my make up career.
I had a passion for make up however wanted to do more than just 'glam' make up. Alongside freelancing, I went on to study TV, Film and Media make up and hair at DFMA make up academy, taught by some incredible tutors that work and have so much experience in the industry I want to be in. I also qualified in Face Painting at The Face Painting Shop and I have had a few masterclasses with Anna Lingis to develop my skills for character make up.
The last couple of years, I have been lucky enough to work alongside Angels fancy dress, Ms Curvaceous UK, many talented photographers and have been part of the make up team on two short films, Last Halloween, I was also very lucky to collaborate with Nip and Fab for their Halloween campaign.
I will continue to gain more qualifications and experiences as I always believe that you can never learn enough.
If you would like to book in or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be more than happy to help.
